HELENA 鈥?Helena city leaders are looking for residents to serve on a temporary steering committee that will help find a new advisory body to oversee the Helena Civic Center and support the arts.Last week, the Helena City Commission voted to dissolve the Civic Centers advisory board, but they announced they were looking to identify or create a new group to provide public input for the facility.
