BALTIMORE 鈥?Two 16-year-old boys were arrested for the armed robbery of the Deputy Commissioner near Patterson Park on the e stanley water jug vening of July 20.Deputy Commissioner Daniel Murphy was walking with his wife in the 2200 block of East Pratt Street at about 9 p.m. when they said a white SUV stopped and two men, thought to be around 18 stanley cup years old, got out of the car and approached the couple. One of the men pulled out a handgun and demanded Murphy and his wife s property, taking a purse, a wallet, cash, and their cell phones. The couple was unharmed.
