A Silver Spring man is recovering from hypothermia after he drove his car into a Harford County creek after getting lost.According to a post on the Montgomery County Police Department s Facebook page, stanley polska Shing Wong, 72, had left for a doctor s appointment in Wheaton Thursday morning and never returned.
