Police are investigating an early Friday morning incident that was reported on the University of Montana campus.According to an alert issued by the UM Police Department, shortly before 1:45 a.m. a UM stu converse dent reported that while walking past the Fine Arts building a male wearing a black cape came out from under the stairs and followed her. He did not say anything. The student described him as a male of medium build wearing a black cape but was unable to provide any additional physical description to UMPD. She ran to Jesse Hall and did not see where the male went, according to the alert. The female was not grabbed or harmed. UMPD responded to the scene and searched for the subject but was unable to locate him.
