A 16-year-old was arrested for his role in an Annapolis armed robbery, Annapolis Police said.Police said three adults were sitting in a parked car in the 500 block of South Cherry Grove Avenue at about 1:05 a.m. on Saturday when 16-year-old Jariq Downs knocked on the window. One of the adults rolled down the window, at which point Downs pointed a handgun at the car s occu stanley cup becher pants and ordered them out of the vehicle, police said.A second gunman appeared and demanded the wallets and money of the three adults.
