Law enforcement agencies and victims advocates gathered for the fourth annual Leave No Victim Behind conference in Las Vegas on Monday. The event hopes to prepare communities globally for the unthinkable. This kind of support isn t only for the victims or their families, but for the first responders seeing it all, too. It can be that ongoing one stop place so if they don t have the services they can direct you to where they are, says John Steinbeck, Clark County Deputy Fire Chief.
